At the end of the post there is a question just for you…
Let’s talk simply about the complicated.
Psychosomatics is the connection between psychological factors and disease.
Health is a natural state.
Disease is information from your body about a disadvantage.
Many diseases are triggered by stress, exclusion and non-recognition, inability to present myself, the feeling that I am not loved, not appreciated…
This is what the body “tells” you about these conditions.
Any disease is a signal of our inner state, coded in the language of the body.
How to solve this puzzle?
First of all, pay attention:
- In what part of the body did the disease arise? If it is on the left, look to the personal, inner, feminine, maternal part of the genus. If it is on the right, focus on the social, external, male, paternal part of the genus.
- It is important to consider the nature of the manifestation of the process, because inflammation and itching have different psychological roots.
- If there is pain, what kind of pain? How would you describe it? Whining, shooting, tearing, drilling – the very epithets are “telling.
- Remember the feelings, thoughts, conditions that preceded the onset of the disease – that’s what triggered the process.
- Is there a “secondary benefit” to this disease? That is, what does it allow you to do or not do, what does it interfere with and what does it help with? What needs does it meet? For example, an inflammatory process in the vagina allows you not to have sex or not to conceive children.
- How does the disease change your life and how do you feel about these changes?
- Are you motivated to get better? And if so, what kind of motivation?
- What will getting rid of the disease do for you, what will it allow you to do? Why do you need a state of health at all?
By answering these questions, you will be able to perceive your condition differently and see correlations that you did not pay attention to before.
Acknowledging the fact that you need the disease will allow you to make health choices.
The GSR specialists have the skill to conduct a diagnostic session. It helps not only to see the causes of the disease, but also to suggest ways out of it.
Every disease has its own psychosomatic causes. They can be checked individually for each person and find exactly its connections.
Come on over! We’ll figure it out together.
