39 years old man, working in construction, married, with 2 children.

He has been working since the company was founded, invests as much as possible, expects that when the company “gets on its feet” his efforts will be appreciated, he will be promoted and given a decent salary, but now he is ready to work without days off, to do a lot of work, to put up with the fact that money is not paid on time, because of this he experiences a constant shortage of money. At a certain point, another person is hired for the position he is counting on, and the working conditions become such that he is forced to leave for another job. This situation has repeated itself several times. When the position he was applying for was once again filled by someone else, with twice the salary he was being paid for more work, the man contacted me. A few months ago he was offered a job with another company, but he did not consider it and waited until things had got better at his current job. The maximum income the client received was 160,000 per month, at the time of referral the average income was 60000-70000.

Working with client:

  4. Before the meeting with the director of the firm we conducted a session “Adequacy of the director”, because the man felt anxious before the meeting. After the session he felt confident and stable, showed his competence, voiced his conditions and the position he wanted to work in. He was hired to the position he wanted and under much more attractive conditions than he had worked before.
  5. He started to work in a new place, and after a few days the man had a feeling that everything was stagnant, some hitches, inconsistencies, fear that something would go wrong again. The session was held for this feeling of “Stagnation“. After the session, the process moved forward.

Result

Five sessions were conducted over 10 days. The client changed his job and got the position he wanted, even though he had not been able to do it for many years. In addition, during the first month of work in the new place his income increased several times from 60-70 thousand to 380 thousand.
