Financial ceiling

The financial ceiling is not just a figure in income above which a person cannot jump. 

The financial ceiling is a lifestyle.

Each person has a unique story about money:

  • job search;
  • business;
  • stable salary;
  • freelance;
  • ups and downs.

But no matter how this story begins, its ending is familiar to most people: a settled income that hasn’t changed in years.

And what does this mean for a person? A certain standard of life, the opportunities one allows oneself or not. The kind of life one can create for oneself and one’s children – a level of health, freedom, etc. 

This is something that can be fundamentally changed with the GSR, as the experience of many practitioners has shown.

“In 2014 my income was 1500 euros per month. No matter what I did, no matter how hard I tried, my income remained at the same level until 2021. If I did not have enough money for something, I took out credit.

Nowadays my stable income has grown to 3800 euros per month. 

And my immediate goal is 5500 euros per month. 

I am finally able to travel freely, choose the best quality products for my family, and give my daughter the best education. In my opinion, if there is an opportunity to improve your life, you need to move quickly in it. Life tends to end every day… Why live badly if you can live well?”

Ksenia K., owner of a travel business:

“Two years ago my income was 320 euros per month. 

My approach to business was typically social:

  • I was active in social networking;
  • I tried to work with different categories of clients;
  • I participated in a lot of training, business coaching, etc.

It’s funny, but this approach has not brought me a stable increase in my income in 15 years. 

About 3 years ago I discovered the GSR and started practicing this technique regularly. Before, money was a problem and a goal for me, but now money is a resource”.

“I came into GSR with a loss-making business and started actively working on my income and business.

I was changing and my approach to business was changing too:

  • I reduced the number of employees
  • I started working with three factories;
  • I am also doing sales on my own.

And I work out all the internal conditions that prevent me from doing business effectively, with the help of GSR sessions. 

I also created my Youtube channel, joined a community of entrepreneurs, and I am learning to delegate responsibilities.

Why all these GSR people are able to grow in income? How does their approach to finance change? 

In fact, in the objective world, people have many opportunities to grow in money. 

Let’s look at some examples: 

An employee always has the potential to grow in salary. But in order to earn a higher salary, you need to offer something more to your employer: become more efficient, functional, and useful. 

How can this be achieved if there are constant unconstructive states in the work process:

  • you want to distract, take a break.
  • there is resistance or misunderstanding to work tasks; 
  • there is no effective contact with colleagues and other feelings that cause the work process not to develop and income to remain at the same level.

With the help of GSR-sessions such states are worked out quickly and permanently. 

Resistance, procrastination and other drain points go away. Efficiency and a constructive approach to work grows. 

As a result, the employee begins to do his job better, invest more, and become more valuable to the employer. Consequently, salary increases can be discussed.

For business owners the GSR method will also be effective. 

Let’s consider the process of delegation as an example: at some point of expansion one has to face the need to delegate, because one person can no longer take care of all the tasks. 

And here there may be feelings of fear, distrust of employees, doubts, etc.

These and any other feelings can be worked out with the help of GSR and conduct the necessary process in a constructive, resourceful and adequate manner.

As a result a clear management system will be established, and the freed resource can be used for business promotion, increasing the number of niches and realization of other ideas that lead to revenue growth. 

The GSR is not just a work with the inner world, it is a practical tool for everyone in reality to come to their goals.
